- 01HYROX coaching is for anyone learning more about the event as a beginner or for preparing for a HYROX event — from first-time competitors to experienced athletes looking to improve performance.
- 02Not at all! HYROX sport is very well adapted to people of all ages and abilities. Training sessions will be tailored around current abilities and fitness levels and designed to provide realistic training and progress goals
- 03Programmes are structured, progressive, and based on performance outcomes. Training focuses on strength, conditioning, race-specific skills, pacing, and fatigue management specific to HYROX— not random workouts.
- 04Yes. Plans range from introduction as a complete beginner, intermediate levels for those with some experience and want to get faster or stronger, through to race-ready programmes, ensuring the right training for your experience and race goals.
- 05Yes. Race-ready coaching is designed to peak you for competition day, ensuring you arrive fit, confident, and prepared to perform.
- 06Progress is monitored through structured programming, performance benchmarks, and ongoing feedback to ensure you’re moving in the right direction.
- 07Yes. Some clients combine 1:1 coaching with structured HYROX programming for added support and accountability.
