As a kid, I was always being pulled up for messing around. One day, my coach took me aside and said something that changed everything:
“Stop being an ass. Be the donkey instead.”
He told me the story of the donkey that carried Mary to Bethlehem—quietly, steadily, without recognition. Without that donkey, the journey wouldn’t have been possible. His lesson was simple: progress comes from hard work, resilience, and showing up day after day.
That moment became the foundation of DNK.
After years in the corporate world, I returned to my passion for fitness, with a clear purpose: to help real people build strength, confidence, and belief in themselves—despite busy lives and competing demands.
I coach with empathy, structure, and realistic goals. Whether you’re new to training, rebuilding confidence, or preparing for a HYROX event, my approach is about consistency, support, and measurable progress.
I hold a level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification and HYROX Foundation and Level 1, as well as being an Elite Hatton Boxing Instructor.
